Amir Zahir is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Echadi Community Initiative (ECI), a United States Army combat veteran, published author, and respected national and international keynote speaker. As a family and business consultant, he helps individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and organizations develop stronger leadership, sound structures, sustainable strategies, and purpose-driven plans for long-term success. His work includes establishing and strengthening communities, international missions, and educational initiatives throughout Nigeria, India, and the Americas. Having taught, trained, mentored and empowered hundreds of people, Amir brings experience, discipline, and a service-centered approach to advancing families, developing leaders, restoring communities, and creating lasting opportunities for future generations.

Dr. Dayona Turner serves as Vice President and Treasurer of Echadi Community Initiative, providing executive leadership, financial oversight, and organizational accountability. With a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, she brings extensive experience in federal grant administration, regulatory compliance, program development, consulting, and organizational management. As an accomplished entrepreneur, consultant, and community advocate, Dr. Turner has actively supported initiatives that encourage engagement, collaboration, and sustainable community growth. Recognized for her strategic vision and disciplined stewardship, she is committed to protecting ECI’s financial integrity and advancing programs that create measurable, lasting impact for individuals, families, and communities.

With experience in entrepreneurship, education, notary services, healthcare advocacy, and business administration, she brings a disciplined and solutions-driven approach to advancing ECI’s mission. Known for her compassion, accountability, and ability to turn vision into action, Jasmine is committed to building effective programs, strengthening community partnerships, and creating opportunities that produce lasting impact for families and future generations.

Through years of outreach, she has helped connect families with housing, food, resources, and essential support. As a entrepreneur with studies in Business, Multimedia, and Real Estate, Qiana brings vision, experience, and proven leadership to ECI. Her mission is clear connect people, create opportunities, and build stronger communities through action.
